Oxfam Intermón's Tejiendo Derechos project required both a public-facing website and a private platform for civil society organizations to apply for funding through three distinct calls.
Beyond application management, the platform needed to support progress tracking for approved projects and foster collaboration by providing dedicated spaces for resource sharing, blog posts, and an organization directory.
We worked closely with their team, breaking the project down into several phases to ensure a smooth and tailored development process. In the private platform, we developed a robust internal system within WordPress that allowed them to manage funding applications and monitor ongoing projects.

To ensure we fully understood their needs, we held several collaborative sessions with the team, aligning on requirements for each section of the platform. The end result was a flexible and user-friendly system that empowered both Tejiendo Derechos and the organizations they support.

The platform is now a central hub for over 195 organizations, providing them with the tools to apply for and manage funding, track project progress, and collaborate in real-time. Tejiendo Derechos has complete control over the platform, with custom-built features that streamline their workflows and improve communication with partner organizations.
